We are Getting Close Folks!

With some chilly nights and lower midday temperatures, the Spirit Mountain snowmaking crew has made some amazing progress in creating a world-class nordic course. With nearly all of the course at least partially covered, things are looking promising for our race in just over a week!

A few more cold nights are expected here in Duluth over Thanksgiving and the following evenings and the snowmaking looks promising. Once again, we are doing everything in our power to create the best conditions for some of the most elite nordic talent in the United States.

In the meantime, check out the Turkey Birkie this coming Friday (11/26) for some early snow action on the Birkie Trail. See ya soon!
